Once these documents and deposit are received, the property is transferred
directly into your name without you having to travel to Portugal.
Payment can be done through a bank transfer, which is required as
receipt of payment and is necessary for registration.
Bitcoin can be accepted for payment, but taxes and transfer costs
will have to be paid in euros.
